The Installment Payment Plan for Students of the Undergraduate Degree Programs
(For Students Admitted in the Academic Year 2021 or earlier)
who are economically affected by the situation of the spread of
the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Infection

            1. Must be students admitted in the Academic Year 2021 or earlier
            2. Must be students of Thai or Non-Thai students who do not have any outstanding of tuition and fees or any other charges owed to the University.
            3. Must be students who are affected by the situation of the Spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Infection
            4. Must be students with a minimum accumulative GPA of 1.75.
            5. Must not be recipients of any of BU scholarships or any financial assistantship of the semester when applying for the installment payment plan.
            6. Students receiving the Student Loan fund or Income Contingent Loan are eligible to apply for the installment payment plan in the Summer Session of the Academic Year 2021 and the Semester 2 of the Academic Year 2022.

In case a request is made by Father/Mother/Legal Guardian of the student           
            1. A copy of the National Identification Number of the student
            2. A copy of the House Registration of the student
            3. A copy of the National Identification Card of the father/mother/legal guardian who request for the installment payment plan for the student
            4. A copy of the House Registration of the father/mother/legal guardian who request for the installment payment plan for the student
            5. A copy of the Registration Slip (BU. 018)

In case a request is made by the student         
            1. A copy of the National Identification Number of the student
            2. A copy of House Registration of the student
            3. A copy of the Registration Slip (BU. 018)
            4. A letter of consent to be used for an agreement for the installment payment plan (Click Download)

**Remarks:
–  All pages of the submitted documents must be certified true copy.
–  A submission of all required documents and the agreement for the installment payment plan must be completed as specified and as determined by the University.

**Remarks:
–  All pages of the submitted/required documents must be certified true copy.
– A submission of all required documents and the agreement for the installment payment plan must be completed as specified and as determined by the University.
– International Students who require a Non-Immigrant Education Visa, please note that, for the Installment Payment Plan, a visa extension covers only until the end of each installment period, not for a whole semester.

            1. Students who wish to request for the installment payment plan must file a request and submit required documents via http://financialaids.bu.ac.th .
            2. After submission of the request and all required documents, the students will be able to check a result of the request via BU mail by 16.00 hrs. of the next working-day.
            3. When approved for the installment payment plan, students are required to enter into an agreement for the installment payment plan via online system/electronic system.
            4. When approved to pay for the registration expense with the installment payments, the students must complete a payment of each installment via a specified channel of payment, within a due date and time as specified by the University.

** Remarks: Students receiving the Student Loan Fund or the Income Contingent Loan are required to print the Registration Slip for Students of the Student Loan Fund or the Income Contingent Loan (BU.018) via https://findocs.bu.ac.th/scholarloan/RegisterReport.aspx  , before submitting a request for the installment payment plan.

Semester 1 of the Academic Year 2022 (For Students Admitted in the Academic Yeat 2021 or earlier)

Students are eligible to pay for the registration expense in 4 installments, as follows:

The 1st Installment: Students are required to pay a minimum of 20% of the registration expense within a payment period as specified by the University.
The 2nd Installment: Students are required to pay a minimum of 30% of the registration expense within a payment period as specified by the University.
The 3rd Installment: Students are required to pay a minimum of 30% of the registration expense within a payment period as specified by the University.
The 4th Installment: Students are required to pay a remaining balance of the registration expense within a payment due date as specified by the University.

***Remarks: The students and their parent/legal guardian shall enter into an agreement to pay for the registration expense by the installment payments within a specified period as determined by the University or the approved installment payment plan is deemed invalid. In addition, details of the payment rate of the installments, a number of the installments, terms and conditions and consideration for approval of the installment payment are as determined by the University.
