The Installment Payment Plan for Students of the Undergraduate Degree Programs
(For Students Admitted in the Academic Year 2026)

Students who wish to apply for tuition fee installment payment must meet the following qualifications:

            1. Be an undergraduate student admitted in Academic Year 2026.
            2. Have no outstanding debts with the University.
            3. Have paid the full tuition fee for the previous semester by the final payment due date specified in the installment payment agreement.
            4. Have a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of at least 2.00.
            5. Students who receive financial support under the Student Loan Fund (SLF) are eligible to apply for tuition fee installment payment every semester. However, for Semester 1, installment payment will be approved only for SLF recipients whose approved loan amount is less than the total tuition fee.
            6. Students who receive a Bangkok University scholarship and are required to pay any remaining tuition fees or other additional fees may also apply for installment payment.

A. When the Sponsor (Parent/Guardian) Applies for the Installment Plan          
            1. A copy of the student’s Thai National ID Card.
            2. A copy of the student’s House Registration (Tabien Baan).
            3. A copy of the applicant’s Thai National ID Card (parent/guardian/sponsor).
            4. A copy of the applicant’s House Registration (parent/guardian/sponsor).
            5. A copy of the Registration Report (BU. 018).

B. When the Student Applies for the Installment Plan Personally        
            1. A copy of the student’s Thai National ID Card.
            2. A copy of the student’s House Registration (Tabien Baan).
            3. A copy of the Registration Report (BU. 018).
            4. A Letter of Consent authorizing the student to enter into the Tuition Fee Installment Agreement with Bangkok University. (Click Download)

**Remarks:
–  All supporting documents submitted for the installment agreement must be signed by the document owner to certify that the copies are true copies.
–  The submission of the tuition fee installment agreement and all supporting documents must comply with the format, procedures, process, and submission period prescribed by the University.
–  The number of installment payment approvals is limited. Bangkok University will grant installment payment privileges on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the order in which applications are submitted.

            1. Students who wish to apply for tuition fee installment payment must submit an application together with the required supporting documents through the website http://financialaids.bu.ac.th.

  • For students who have already registered for Semester 1/1, applications must be submitted through the above website.
  • Newly admitted students who have just completed their course registration should contact the Admissions Office to apply for tuition fee installment payment.

            2. Students may check the application result through their BU Mail by 4:00 p.m. on the following business day.
            3. If the application is approved, the student must enter into a Tuition Fee Installment Agreement with Bangkok University through the electronic agreement system.
            4. Students are required to make each installment payment in the specified amount through the designated payment channels by the date and time specified for each installment.

** Remarks: Students who receive financial assistance under the Student Loan Fund (SLF) or the Income Contingent Loan (ICL) must print the Student Loan/Scholarship Registration Payment Notification (Form BU. 023) from the website http://ums.bu.ac.th/financial/shcolarloan/registerreport.aspx before submitting an application for tuition fee installment payment.

Tuition Fee Installment Application and Payment Schedule

Students may apply for tuition fee installment payment only once per semester.

Semester 1 of the Academic Year 2026 (For Students Admitted in the Academic Year 2026)

Students are eligible to pay for the registration expense in 3 installments, as follows:

The 1st Installment: Students are required to pay a minimum of 40% of the registration expense within a payment period as specified by the University.
The 2nd Installment: Students are required to pay a minimum of 30% of the registration expense within a payment period as specified by the University.
The 3th Installment: Students are required to pay a remaining balance of the registration expense within a payment due date as specified by the University.

***Remarks: Students and their sponsors (parents/guardians) must complete the Tuition Fee Installment Agreement within the period specified by the University. Failure to do so will be deemed a forfeiture of the student’s right to pay tuition fees by installment for that application.

The installment payment rates, installment period, number of installments, enforcement measures, and approval criteria for tuition fee installment applications shall be determined in accordance with the regulations and requirements prescribed by Bangkok University.
