An Installment Payment Plan for Students of the Undergraduate Degree Program
(Current Students) admitted in the Academic Year 2019 or prior

            1. Must be students admitted in the Academic Year 2019 or prior
            2. Must be students of Thai or Non-Thai students who do not have any outstanding of tuition and fees or any other charges owed to the University.
            3. Must be students with a minimum accumulative GPA of 1.50.
            4. Students who are on the Student Loan Fund or Income Contingent Loan may request for an installment payment plan of the outstanding amount after paying with the Student Loan Fund or Income Contingent Loan, for the Summer Session of the Academic Year 2019 and Semester 2 of the Academic Year 2020 (For Thai Students Only)
            5. Students who are not awarded with any of the Fee Relief Programs or the Financial Aids Programs of the University in a semester they request for an installment payment plan.

            1. A copy of Passport
            2. A copy of the Transcript/Registration Slip (BU.F.018)
            3. A Letter of Consent from the parent/guardian/sponsor requesting for an installment payment plan (required only in case of the student younger than a legal age of 20 years old who requests for the installment payment plan)

              The 1st Semester of the Academic Year 2020                June 24, 2020 – July 31, 2020

              The 2nd Semester of the Academic Year 2020              November 3, 2020 – December 8, 2020

Remarks: The University reserves the rights to adjust a period for submission of a request and all required documents for the installment payment plan as deemed necessary and appropriate.

            1. Students who wish to request for an installment payment plan can submit a request and all required documents via http://financialaids.bu.ac.th .
            2. After the request and all required documents are submitted, the students will receive a result of their request within one working-day via BU mail.
            3. When approved, the student is required to make each installment payment as scheduled within a specified deadline.

For the Summer Session of the Academic Year 2019: Students must pay in two installments as follows.
Students must pay in two installments as follows.


– The 1st Installment: Students are required to pay a minimum of 50% of the registration expenses on the day a contract for the installment payment plan is entered between the University and the student or on the date specified by the University.
– The 2nd Installment: Students are required to pay the total amount remaining on the date specified by the University.

For the 1st Semester of the Academic Year 2020 and the 2nd Semester of the Academic Year 2020
Students must pay in 4 installments as follows.


– The 1st Installment Payment: Students are required to pay a minimum of 40% of the registration expenses on the day the contract for the installment payment plan is entered between the University and the student or on the date specified by the University.
– The 2nd Installment Payment: Students are required to pay a minimum of 30% of the registration expenses on the date specified by the University.
– The 3rd Installment Payment: Students are required to pay a minimum of 20% of the registration expenses on the date specified by the University.
– The 4th Installment Payment: Students are required to pay the total amount remaining on the date specified by the University.

Remarks: Students and the parent/guardian/sponsor must make the installment payment as agreed and on dates specified by the University. Failure to make the installment payment as agreed on the specified date means that the students waive rights to the agreed installment payment plan. Details of the rate per each installment payment, a period of installment payment, a number of installment payment, measures and procedures for approval consideration of the installment payment plan are as determined by the University.
